About the Job

This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales and distribution activities, with a focus on brand building and increasing brand awareness among customers. The On-Trade Sales Supervisor will work closely with and support the OT Channel Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Building: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness among customers and ensure optimal market positioning for Brown-Forman brands within the On-Trade channel.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct point-of-sale visits to ensure effective execution of sales plans and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize stock levels at sales points and ensure products are displayed in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent)
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, comprehensive understanding of the market, excellent business process organization skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within the same category/field.
