Inside Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Expert to join our sales team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and optimal performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems, or similar operating systems.
