About the Role:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key platforms.
  • A/B Testing: Develop and test different ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience segments to reach the most relevant users and improve ad efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and product teams to align marketing strategies with app performance and user feedback.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.
  2. Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  3. Experience with user acquisition, retention strategies, and performance optimization.
  4. Strong communication skills in English for creating international campaigns and collaborating with the team.
  5. Previous experience with app-based campaigns and understanding of the app ecosystem is a plus.
