Job Overview

As the Influencer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Turkey Influencer Marketing Program, driving its growth and expansion. The program involves a network of KEY Creators from Red Bull Turkey, including macro & micro influencers across all relevant platforms and focus audiences in Turkey.

Your key responsibilities will include sourcing suitable talent, maintaining continuous relationships, and tracking performance. Based on the pool of Influencers, the yearly Marketing calendar's main projects will be activated, as well as dedicated projects executed. Active participation in the Business Planning process is mandatory. The role identifies, establishes, and nurtures authentic relationships with relevant creators who embody Red Bull's values. By connecting these creators with projects and opportunities within the World of Red Bull, you ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Performance tracking is essential to guarantee achievement of marketing goals.

  • Program Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and expansion of the Turkey Influencer Marketing Program.
  • Work closely with the Head of Communications to align program objectives with company goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers and negotiate external deals and contracts.
  • Create and execute ideas for the annual business planning process.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to activate creator events/projects.
  • Develop and implement a seeding strategy to manage the Creator database and ensure creators are regularly sent product.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of the work, demonstrating its impact on our overall business goals.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in Influencer Management (minimum 5 years of experience in related areas – in a position of seniority) and profound Marketing communication knowledge. Experience with community management, proficiency in EDV (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and fluency in English & Turkish are also required. You should have the ability to build a strong network of relationships with influencers, possess strong marketing & business understanding and analytical skills, and have strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills to build long-term sustainable relations with creators. A proven leadership quality and presentation skill are also essential.
