About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of quota-carrying performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics. They will also interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients through demoing the platform to negotiating and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Interacting with clients at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Managing meetings and understanding the needs of Human Resources, IT, and Purchasing departments
  • Creating value by leading conversations about the HR transformation strategy needs of organizations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Previous experience in HR, HR Tech, or SAAS sales
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting
