
Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping sellers on the Amazon India marketplace succeed by providing them with actionable, time-bound voice-based nudges.
About the RoleAs a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding products and services offered by Amazon Services and articulating its functions and benefits to external audiences. You will also help define the seller base and industry verticals we target for various Amazon services using local knowledge, learnings from work, and available tools.
You will identify valuable sellers and select them for Amazon services, support retailers with valuable inputs, and help them become successful on the Amazon marketplace. Additionally, you will track and monitor your own performance and be a subject matter expert for peers.
A Day in the LifeA typical day of an associate helps support marketplace business to achieve one or other metrics or contribute by surfacing seller pain points through VOS mechanisms which can be actionable inputs for multiple other program teams.
Key Responsibilities- Understand Products and Services: Familiarize yourself with Amazon Services offerings and effectively communicate their value to external stakeholders.
- Seller Identification and Selection: Identify high-potential sellers and recommend them for Amazon services, ensuring a strong foundation for successful partnerships.
- Retailer Support and Guidance: Provide actionable insights and support to retailers, empowering them to grow and thrive on the Amazon marketplace.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly assess your performance, identify areas for growth, and implement strategies to enhance your skills and contributions.
