Job Role
The IELTS Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Test Centre Administrator and Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Ensure seamless interactions with test candidates before, during, and after the test.
- Business Support: Assist with budget management, financial reporting, and business planning to drive operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, monitor test centre performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee testing logistics, manage clerical markers, and coordinate project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure test integrity and satisfaction.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner Working Group to identify and deliver impactful projects.
