This position demands a strong understanding of key business functions, customers, and the selling process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of commercial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in front-line sales, and preferably some marketing experience.

Responsibilities will include driving overall category development & growth, achieving country sales volume, value, and profitability targets by category, and defining channel plans to succeed at the Point of Purchase.

  • Develop and execute channel-specific data-driven strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Lead and develop the CDT Team in the category by building capabilities on CDT Pillars.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement omni-channel category growth strategies.
