Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage diverse talent using targeted sourcing and closing strategies tailored to specific roles and teams.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline data to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute creative candidate engagement strategies across multiple channels.
  • Nurture strong relationships with client teams and candidates to create valuable talent networks.
  • Guide hiring teams in recruitment best practices to champion exceptional candidate experiences.
Requirements

Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree, extensive experience sourcing in Turkey, strong communication and influencing skills, and experience working with high-volume data.

Preferred Skills: E-commerce expertise and experience closing positions at different seniority levels.
