We're seeking a highly skilled Hiring Strategist to join our team in Turkey. As a Recruiter supporting our Stores organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, identifying exceptional candidates, and partnering with key stakeholders across the business.

About the Role

In this role, you'll combine your expertise in Talent Acquisition with opportunities to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to drive successful hiring outcomes.

You'll leverage your expertise to engage diverse talent, apply targeted sourcing and closing strategies, and drive data-informed decisions through expert analysis of recruitment metrics and pipeline data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, including targeted sourcing and closing strategies.
  • IDentify exceptional candidates and partner with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive data-informed decisions through expert analysis of recruitment metrics and pipeline data.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client teams and candidates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree
- Extensive experience sourcing across various job families in Turkey
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior-level stakeholders
- Experience working with high-volume data to drive effective strategies
- Ability to build quality candidate pipelines from scratch
- Fluency in Turkish and English language
