
Regional Business Development Director

Job Summary
LivaNova is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our Neurostimulation Solutions business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial growth plans to achieve sales targets in units and revenue within assigned territories.
- Evaluate market conditions, report market data and trends, and propose strategies for the territory.
- Provide excellent sales and service to end-users for LivaNova's Neuromodulation products.
- Manage territory expense budget and ensure alignment with company compliance policy.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company objectives.
- Project and maintain company image and presence within assigned territory through regular customer visits, trade shows, and surgeon visits.
- Propose and maintain consignment inventories consistent with company policies.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Medical Device industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of demonstrating knowledge and understanding of compliance topics.
- Good leadership ability and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with great influencing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or health-related discipline preferred.
