We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Performance Leader to join Boyden.
Job SummaryThe Regional Sales Director will oversee sales operations across multiple retail locations, driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing large-scale sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take necessary actions to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Assign and track sales goals across all retail locations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve store performance, sales conversion rates, and overall operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams, including Store Managers and sales staff, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Ensure employees are aligned with company vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of sales teams through structured training programs.
- Oversee onboarding and performance evaluation of store employees.
- Implement effective workforce planning to optimize staff allocation in stores.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail regulations, labor laws, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Implement best practices in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
- Optimize stock availability and ensure efficient store replenishment in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, branding, and customer service across all locations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in retail sales management overseeing multiple regions and stores.
- In-depth knowledge of retail management, sales processes, customer engagement, and inventory control.
- Understanding of laws and regulations affecting retail operations, including commercial law, labor law, occupational safety, and general legal regulations.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop large teams across multiple locations.
- Experience in enhancing customer experience, retention strategies, and service excellence.
- Knowledge of competitor analysis, and consumer behavior insights.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to frequently travel between store locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with headquarters, regional teams, and operational departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QDMS and various retail management tools.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
