Job SummaryAs the Channel Sales Director, you will:
- Lead the sales team to drive brand positioning and reach penetration targets.
- Manage core partnerships and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Oversee product development, channel growth, investment negotiation, competition analysis, and team performance.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, maintaining high-level customer relationships.
- Drive strategies for revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to reach individual and team goals.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for our business.
- Track KPIs, monitor budget usage, and analyze performance metrics.
- Provide market feedback to improve our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales management experience in the smartphone/AIoT industry.
- Strong industry connections and knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
