
Channel Sales Manager

We're looking for a skilled Senior Channel Account Manager to join our Alliance and Channel Team in Istanbul, Türkiye.
This quota-carrying, revenue-producing role is responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with current and prospective channel partners in the Central Asian Union geo.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities
- Recruiting new high-potential partners and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with partners to develop annual joint business plans and resolve performance issues
- Coordinating onboarding and enablement processes to maximize partner value
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8-10 years of experience in indirect sales or sales management
- A thorough understanding of all channel sales and partner business models
- Fluency in Turkish and English, with Russian language skills an added bonus
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a relevant discipline
