Job Overview

The Channel Manager role at Monster Energy involves developing and executing segment-specific strategies to drive sales growth. This includes analyzing market research, competitor data, and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement commercial strategies aligned with company targets by planning and executing channel programs, designing incentive mechanisms, and monitoring regional sales initiatives.
  • Refine field execution of commercial actions through continuous scorecarding with related departments, tracking commercial initiatives by channel, brand, and account, and improving communication with Sales teams.
  • Maintain oversight of launch plans, marketing support, execution standards, pipeline calculation, and targets while understanding channel P&Ls and seeking sustainable profitable growth.
  • Identify business opportunities through building pack price brand channel architecture with bottlers, lead consumer research, and design revenue management recommendations for sustainable profit growth.
