- Refine field execution of commercial actions through continuous scorecarding with related departments, tracking commercial initiatives by channel, brand, and account, and improving communication with Sales teams.
- Maintain oversight of launch plans, marketing support, execution standards, pipeline calculation, and targets while understanding channel P&Ls and seeking sustainable profitable growth.
- Identify business opportunities through building pack price brand channel architecture with bottlers, lead consumer research, and design revenue management recommendations for sustainable profit growth.
