About the Job

The Alliance and Channel Team is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager (CAM) based from Istanbul, Türkiye. This quota-carrying, revenue-producing role will build, maintain, and manage productive relationships with current and prospective channel partners within an assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze assigned territory to identify coverage gaps, based on SAS channel product family portfolio and total addressable market opportunity.
  2. Identify and selectively recruit new high-potential Partners with management support.
  3. Build strong relationships with key Partner stakeholders ensuring SAS significance and commitment.
  4. Understand Partner's business model and prepare business cases to incentivise Partner investment.
  5. Set sales targets and key result areas for Partners appropriate to the market opportunity & business plan, ensuring coverage across partner portfolio is sufficient to exceed CAM assigned sales target and objectives.
  6. Collaborate with assigned Partners to develop annual joint business plans that define strategies and activities to exceed revenue goals; identifying and resolving Partner performance participation issues before they impact performance.

Required qualifications include extensive experience in Channel Account Management, thorough understanding of all channel sales and partner business models, and fluency in Turkish and English. Ability to travel as per business demand is also essential.
