Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Account Manager with a strong understanding of the channel partner landscape. The primary focus will be to drive incremental partner-led revenue, enable training, and foster engagement throughout the region. You will thrive in a competitive culture that values innovation, customer obsession, and sense of urgency.
About the Role:
- Manage existing partners to drive revenue growth and develop solution competency.
- Recruit and engage new partners to support company initiatives and meet performance metrics.
- Design and implement enablement programs to drive sales success within the region.
- Develop territory plans for select partners and facilitate communication between partners and Trellix.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide resources from Region and Corporate for partners.
- Drive product marketing and demand generation activities with partners.
- Proactively communicate with region staff on Channel pipeline and forecasts.
- Monitor the security vendor competitive situation within the channel partners in the region.
About You:
- 5+ years of Sales and Channel Sales experience working with local, regional, and national partners in the computer networking & security space.
- Strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem – roles of VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors.
- Proven relationships through the region within this ecosystem of partners.
- Proven record of consistent over-achievement in quota-bearing roles.
- Ability to work effectively with Cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
