About the Role:

This Sales Manager role is a key position in driving end-to-end processes for achieving sales targets with vendors and partners. The successful candidate will act as a business enabler, helping them expand and grow through cross and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive quarterly business plans alongside local sales and vendor channel teams
  • Develop end-user lead generation programs with resellers to generate pipeline
  • Implement sales, marketing, and technical training programs
  • Ensure internal systems are updated with vendor price lists, collateral, discount structures, and processes
  • Produce monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for management and vendor teams

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a proven record in IT/Security/Networking business for at least 3 years, with knowledge of IT channels and commercial challenges for distribution. They should also be highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, and have clear communication and analytical skills.
