
Global Trade Account Manager

As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities with a focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Your Key Objectives- To develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- To take ownership of pricing decisions, working closely with the Customer Care Managers to ensure alignment with trade management recommendations.
- To prepare high-quality quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers in a timely manner.
- To maintain a deep understanding of our sea logistics products and trade lanes, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
- To deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge and presenting our offerings effectively.
- To monitor competition and gather market intelligence on pricing and products.
- To report customer complaints and feedback to the Customer Care Team, ensuring prompt resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field, with knowledge of credit, payable, and receivables accounting.
- Proficient in Excel, analytics, and MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Good judgment skills and commercial acumen.
- Very good spoken and written English and Turkish.
