Job DescriptionThe National Key Account Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing account strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and enhance brand presence. This position requires strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts in alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless collaboration at both commercial and operational levels.
- Trade Terms & Agreements: Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Field Executives to achieve merchandising, visibility, and category management objectives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Foster internal and external top-to-top alignment to drive win-win partnerships with key customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
