Job Overview

Cisco is a leading technology company seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with our customers in Turkey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations in the market.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • IDentify new business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives and contribute to Cisco's overall success.
  • Strengthen Cisco's market presence by developing impactful solutions that transform sales relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to inform business decisions.
Key Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of relevant sales experience, with a consistent record of successful solution selling and closing complex deals at the executive level.
  • Strong ability to navigate customer organizations, identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Experience in the Enterprise & Commercial segment, with excellent partnership and collaboration skills across extended account teams.
  • Strong commercial competence, negotiation skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly effective communicator, with strong English proficiency preferred.
