We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at Gartner. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the global market by acquiring new clients.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities and deliver client value through industry insights. Your expertise in B2B sales will enable you to cultivate trust-based relationships and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

You'll be given a territory of Large Enterprise prospects and will be accountable for quota responsibility. In return, we offer competitive compensation, generous paid time off policy, and more.

Main Objectives:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations across your territory.

  • Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.

  • Align industry insights, guidance, and practical tools to create value for partners.

  • Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to achieve sales metrics.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.

  • Business development or new client-acquisition experience in a selling role highly desirable.

  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process.
