We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and delivering Cisco solutions to our Enterprise and Commercial Select customers.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity-driven role, focusing on the full Cisco Product and Software portfolio, with a strong emphasis on services and software growth. You will play a key role in crafting the competitive strategy for your accounts, working alongside country leaders and demonstrating the expertise of an extended team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Cisco's global sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in the market.
  • Build and handle relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Develop impactful solutions that transform sales relationships into long-term partnerships.
About You:

You excel at working within an extended team to implement sales strategies, drive large, complex deals, and communicate the business value of IT solutions to CIOs and key business leaders.

Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Consistent record of successful solution selling and closing complex deals at the executive level.
  • Strong ability to navigate customer organizations, identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
