
Automotive Channel Sales Leader

About the Role
As a highly skilled Automotive Channel Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth through the development of the Indirect Channel via a network of trade partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement division strategy and grow the business by developing strong relationships with premium distributors.
- Set, monitor, and track trade partner performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop sales productivity performance indicators and apply them to drive business results.
- Implement distributor value proposition (DVP) to enhance customer experience.
- Provide sales support by visiting key accounts and engaging various functions within the company to deliver customer promises.
- Ensure end customers are informed about new initiatives in a timely manner.
- Lead growth actions such as lead generation and share of wallet activities.
- Understand all customer value propositions (CVPs) held by indirect channel partners and monitor their sales performance through coaching sessions.
- Influence and engage distributors' key stakeholders.
- Define and regularly review customer relationship, behavioral, and differentiated services branding, as well as their sales and marketing plans.
- Handle partner inquiries and complaints.
- Negotiate prices with partners, prepare quotations, and agree on operational requirements including price, contract, payment terms, and services.
- Act as a business consultant to efficiently manage relations with resellers and audit/improve financial performance ratios.
- Fully manage partners' end-to-end credit risk portfolio, including overdue management on both sides of the company and partner.
- Propose and implement relative marketing initiatives to the indirect channel against set targets defined with the indirect sales manager.
- Act proactively in HSSE and compliance matters that affect customers, team members, and colleagues.
