Job Description
The Alliance and Channel Team seeks a Senior Channel Account Manager (CAM) based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
This quota-carrying, revenue-producing role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
- Recruit high-potential partners with management support, if applicable.
- Buid strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Understand partner business models and prepare business cases to incentivize investment.
- Set sales targets and key result areas for partners.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans.
- Onboard and enable partners to maximize self-sufficiency and value.
- Work with partners to leverage benefits of distribution programs and other initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Channel Account Management (8-10 years).
- Thorough understanding of all channel sales and partner business models.
- Knowledge of local market and industries, stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, Russian language skills an asset.
- Ability to travel as per business demand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability.
