Job Description

The Alliance and Channel Team seeks a Senior Channel Account Manager (CAM) based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

This quota-carrying, revenue-producing role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
  2. Recruit high-potential partners with management support, if applicable.
  3. Buid strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  4. Understand partner business models and prepare business cases to incentivize investment.
  5. Set sales targets and key result areas for partners.
  6. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans.
  7. Onboard and enable partners to maximize self-sufficiency and value.
  8. Work with partners to leverage benefits of distribution programs and other initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in Channel Account Management (8-10 years).
  2. Thorough understanding of all channel sales and partner business models.
  3. Knowledge of local market and industries, stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  4. Fluency in Turkish and English, Russian language skills an asset.
  5. Ability to travel as per business demand.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  7. Curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability.
