
IT Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Turkey.
As a Channel Sales Executive at BotGuard, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our distributor network.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new MSP and reseller partners, expanding the channel network and increasing adoption of our solutions.
- Work closely with local distributors to train and support them in pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring they can effectively promote our product.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize revenue and support distributors in generating sales.
- Support the rollout of our Pay-as-You-Go distribution model, enabling partners to aggregate smaller MSPs and scale revenue.
- Collaborate with solutions architects to ensure distributors and partners receive the necessary technical support and guidance.
- Help distributors leverage marketing development funds (MDF) and co-financed resources to drive awareness and sales.
- Total compensation split 70% basic plus 30% variable based on measurable deliverables.
