
Channel Sales Director

The primary objective of this role is to drive business success through strategic planning, analysis, and execution. As a Category Executive, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategies for channels and customers, integrating shopper and customer insights, analyzing results, and preparing integrated action plans. You will also determine the need for point-of-sale tools and execute on field activities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Identify customer needs and develop in-store winning formulas
- Prepare yearly drive plans for the company and manage activities
- Manage trade spend processes and take an active role in directing activities
- Work with sales and marketing teams to utilize market/customer/shopper data to define forward-looking opportunities and calculate ROI of activities and results
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in related areas (category development/management, sales)
- Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect the dots between various data sources to deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business
- Influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendations to stakeholders' needs and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact
