Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Company Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and negotiation, with significant experience in developing sustainable business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive growth through the Indirect Channel.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trade partners and distributors.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Coaching and training trade partners to improve their sales performance.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of trade partners and distributors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicating effectively with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from related departments from a reputable university (Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, etc.).
  • Proven track record in sales & negotiation.
  • Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing sustainable business.
  • Strong Customer focus - Marketing, Finance, and/or Business knowledge is essential.
  • At least 5 years of Sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Financial Acumen including knowledge of P&L, cash, and capability to structure deals.
