About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at TTEC.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

  • You will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers.
  • You will work effectively to identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with the customer's current products and future needs.
  • You will engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of maintaining volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • You will respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
