About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales & Account Manager with expertise in full-cycle SaaS environment to drive new business onboarding, sales, and revenue growth objectives. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base, focusing on long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base, focusing on long-term client relationships.
- Building and managing a sustainable business pipeline, identifying and closing opportunities in target and emerging markets.
- Leading the proposal and quotation process and actively participating in contract negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Driving market awareness by attending major industry events, collaborating with technology partners, and creating campaigns to attract new prospects.
- Conducting research on industry trends and competition and creating strategies to expand the company portfolio through partnerships, especially in global markets.
- Taking a data-driven approach in account planning, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and aligning with commercial objectives.
- Serving as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships at both commercial and technical levels.
- Leading brand strategy initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation within the industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally in tech, digital, or SaaS industries.
- A proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a business.
- Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation.
- Experience working internationally, with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering persuasive presentations and product positioning against competitors.
- The ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- The ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire.
