We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at HR Partners As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recording expense bills/invoices, controlling invoices and related documentation prior to recording, and following up missing documents like invoice, contract, payment receipt, and forms from the departments.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for processing and recording student sales invoices, reconciling student accounts with the Admission Database (Open Apply) and Student Management System, and calculating students' refund or tuition fee of late joined students.
- Prepare payment instructions of student refunds.
- Follow up the execution of the payment transaction from the bank.
The Accountant will also support year-end closure and year-opening transactions, follow up tax regulations, and work with tax auditors and independent auditors.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Logo, ERP etc.) and Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
