About the Job Description:

The Post-Sales Solutions Engineer is a critical function of the Wallarm Customer Engineering team. This technical position is responsible for providing expertise and support to customers after the sales process. The post-sales Solutions Engineer collaborates closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver technical guidance and solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Gather knowledge of the product or solution, its capabilities, and how it aligns with customer requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest product enhancements and industry trends.

    2. Act as a technical advisor for customers, assisting them with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices for product utilization. Act as an escalation point for customers to help resolve issues or escalate to executives or engineering.

    3. Work closely with customers and partners to demonstrate Wallarm's value in customer/partner environments.

    4. Manage the end-to-end process for customer proof-of-values (POV) and ensure agreed success criteria are consistently met.

    5. Offer recommendations on API security best practices, application architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete API security solution based on Wallarm.

    6. Share constructive feedback from customers to product management to improve the Wallarm solution.
