Selling Partner Support Associate

  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and French language
