
Technical Sales Professional Lead

We are looking for a Technical Sales Professional Lead who can drive our corporate sales strategy forward.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers.
This role requires identifying and reaching new potential customers through sales-oriented activities and promoting products and services that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers to drive profitability.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach new potential customers through sales-oriented activities.
- Sales Execution: Carry out all sales activities and report to senior management.
- Contract Preparation: Identify and propose new business opportunities with existing customers and prepare contracts or additional protocols.
- Financial Planning: Prepare and monitor the relevant budgets in accordance with the Company's targets and strategies.
- Service Delivery: Ensure coordination with operations and other relevant units to fulfill the services required by the contracts concluded in a complete and timely manner.
- Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree.
- Languages: English knowledge at a professional level.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of industry (BPO) experience and IT industry experience.
- Sales Background: Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Customer Focus: Experienced in corporate customer management.
- Work Ethos: Adopting customer and solution-oriented work as a principle, giving importance to work quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to use communication and presentation skills effectively.
- Problem Solving: Successful in stress management and problem solving.
