Job Summary

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of the software market and its trends.
  • Experience working with industrial automation systems and solutions.
