We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead our industrial automation software sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying and developing business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth.

- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of the software market and its trends.
- Experience working with industrial automation systems and solutions.
