
Smartphone Sales Director

A forward-thinking leader is needed to spearhead our sales team in driving smartphone sales. As the Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of professionals in achieving market penetration goals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive brand positioning and reach penetration targets by managing core partnerships and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Oversee product development, channel growth, investment negotiation, competition analysis, and team performance to ensure strategic alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for our business while maintaining high-level customer relationships.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to reach individual and team goals, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Track KPIs, monitor budget usage, and analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, AIoT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales management experience in the smartphone/AIoT industry, with strong industry connections and knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Proven skills in negotiation, contract management, and team leadership, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
