
Battery Sales and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Sales and Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire battery sales process from start to finish, including developing strategies for launching new products to the market and increasing market penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Managing the dealer network, tracking dealer performance, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Leading and supporting the sales team, monitoring and enhancing their performance, and achieving targets
- Conducting market analysis, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies based on insights
- Creating annual sales and marketing budgets, setting targets, and tracking KPIs
