Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth and Development Lead to join our sales leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and development in the assigned region, working closely with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

You will lead digital transformation projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness for SME base customers in the assigned region, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these challenges. You will also be responsible for managing sales organizations & partners to achieve KPI criteria prepared by the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
