Overview of the Role
This Sales and Customer Portfolio Manager position at Michael Page Türkiye offers a unique opportunity to work in a leading global company with a dynamic working environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer portfolios, increasing sales volume, and developing new products. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in active sales in the pet food sector, you will bring strong reporting and analysis skills and high persuasion abilities to this role.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage customer portfolios and increase sales volume;
- Take an active role in new product development processes;
- Make regular reports to managers about all sales processes;
- Follow up on customer demands, suggestions, and complaints;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers after sales;
- Master sales and allocation process flows throughout Turkey in pet food and fast-moving consumer goods;
- Visit customers regularly and create budget plans;
- Follow up on dealer management, sales targets, and stock management processes;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in active sales in the pet food sector;
- Experience in organizing dealers and no travel restrictions;
- Class B driver's license and ability to drive actively;
- Strong reporting and analysis skills and high persuasion abilities;
- Ability to adapt to teamwork and proper diction and appearance required;
- Customer-oriented working principle and good English command essential.
