Become a Key Player in Channel Growth as a Customer Engagement Manager
Join Unilever as a Customer Engagement Manager and contribute to the success of our business by driving customer satisfaction and growth through effective channel management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer P&L for respective categories and ensure effective use of trade spend.
- Collaborate with CS&P, Marketing, and Digital Hub teams to drive omnichannel plans and online/offline sales.
- Evaluate implementation of promotional and merchandising activities.
- Contribute to S&OP process including forecasting.
