
Sales and Business Development Professional

We are looking for a talented professional to strengthen our ambitious sales team in İstanbul, Türkiye. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B technical sales skills.
Teltonika's telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
- Attract and search for new B2B level prospects in the Turkish market.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Make active cold-calling and customer visits regularly.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Turkish speaker, along with good spoken and written English skills.
- Organized and results-oriented personality with a challenge-driven approach.
- Strong motivation to work in B2B sales.
- At least +2 years of experience in technical sales.
