About the Role

The Marketplace Consultant role at Amazon offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and business strategy. As a consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored strategies that drive business growth and program satisfaction for our Selling Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Strategies: Create individualized strategies for each Selling Partner to drive business growth and program satisfaction.
  • Analyzing Data: Interpret customer data using analytical tools to produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Consulting Selling Partners: Use Amazon knowledge to consult Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact.
  • Supporting Execution: Guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Work experience in level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, supply chain management or similar.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a similar program.
  • Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
  • Proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
Preferred Qualifications

Account management and paid services experience is preferred.
