**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional support and service.
  • Liaise with Product Partners, Institutional Credit Management, Risk, Services, and Operations teams to resolve client queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage routine credit inquiries, problem escalation, and act as a client point person for Bankers.
  • Attend client meetings and calls, identifying key takeaways and opportunities for follow-up.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations, including preparing presentations, regular reports, and participating in internal control processes.
  • Understand Citi's credit approval process and WCR Operating Model, working closely with Institutional Credit Management and Transaction Management teams.
  • Facilitate credit allocation, approvals, documentation, and bookings, collaborating with Parent Account Management teams.
  • Contribute to client onboarding and 'Know Your Customer' processes for new and existing clients.
  • Develop expertise in Citi KYC and BSU Client onboarding and Renewal Standards, Global AML Policy, and their governing bodies.
