We are seeking an In-Store CRM Specialist to support our sales staff with client outreach initiatives and develop CRM & clienteling culture in-store. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales staff in cultivating clients through interactions and private appointments.
  2. Consistent training and strengthening of store teams on CRM & clienteling activities.
  3. Development and implementation of store CRM outreach initiatives.
  4. Monitoring and tracking KPIs on a store and individual client advisor level.

Requirements:

  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, clienteling, or retail, with a passion for human relations and sales.
  • Able to self-organize, be self-disciplined, and work systematically.
