This is a mid-senior level full-time position responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
- Sales Execution: Execute sales plans in line with company strategy, supported by marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data.
- Analysis: Analyze customer sales data, customer feedback, competitive information, market share data, and category efficiency to develop account action plans.
- Education: Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities.
- Language Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
