About the Role

This Central Operations Support Executive position is designed to support the daily operations of our sellers. We are looking for someone who can remotely monitor site efficiency, trigger on-field support, conduct audits, manage stakeholders, roll out new processes, and run central control centers.

Responsibilities

This team provides inbound and outbound operation support through voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.

  • Monitor site performance via remote calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
  • Facilitate communication between field executives/sellers and internal/external agencies for timely operations execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to sellers on executing and adhering to norms and practices.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving seller experience.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  2. Demonstrated analytical skills in results-driven environments with external customer interaction.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
