About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Marketing Executive to develop and maintain partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators across Istanbul, focusing on attracting Saudi and Qatari tourists to Al Hallab Fişekhane — one of Istanbul's most elegant Mediterranean dining destinations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the restaurant to GCC visitors, building strong hospitality relationships, and increasing customer flow through direct marketing and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily communication with hotel concierges, front office teams, and travel companies to promote the restaurant.
  • Create strategic collaborations with tour operators, travel guides, and private drivers catering to GCC tourists.
  • Promote special menus, packages, and group dining offers designed for Middle Eastern guests.
  • Organize VIP visits, group dinners, and promotional events with partner hotels.
  • Coordinate with management and social media team to ensure consistent brand message and visual identity.
  • Maintain a database of hotel and tourism contacts and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly partnership reports summarizing visits, results, and next steps.
  • Support the marketing team in running targeted online and offline campaigns for GCC markets.
  • Identify new promotional opportunities and recommend creative marketing strategies to drive footfall.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality marketing, tourism, or guest relations.
  • Strong network within the hotel and tourism industry in Istanbul.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close partnerships and generate leads.
  • Presentable, confident, and outgoing personality suitable for high-end clientele.
  • Familiar with the preferences and expectations of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) tourists.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to visit hotels and agencies across Istanbul as required.
