Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support the implementation of organizational development processes in line with our HR strategies and contribute to the advancement of our corporate structure in the aviation industry.

Job Description

  • Take part in the planning and implementation of organizational development projects,
  • Contribute to the improvement of organizational structures, processes, and roles,
  • Support the establishment and implementation of competency-based HR systems,
  • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and provide improvement suggestions,
  • Contributing to job analysis and job evaluation studies, establishing measurable metrics to enhance role clarity, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals,
  • Participate in change management and corporate development projects,
  • Support activities aimed at strengthening internal communication and interdepartmental collaboration,
  • To conduct norm staffing analyses,
  • Perform data analysis and reporting related to organizational development processes,
  • Contribute to the promotion of a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development,
  • Preferably fluent in English,
  • Experience in HR, organizational development and change management projects,
  • Ability to use HR systems and analytical tools,
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • Curious, eager to learn and willing to develop new methods.
