The Position

As part of our team at Organon, you'll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager Turkey to ensure the smooth and timely supply of products to the market. Your key role involves building and nurturing relationships with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders, like Site Planning and Global Logistics. You'll also take charge of demand forecasting, order management, and ensure efficient inventory management to optimize costs and enhance supply chain performance.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for customs brokers, overseeing all customs clearance activities in adherence to company guidelines.

Utilizing your SCM expertise, you will contribute to resolving supply constraints, analyzing data, driving continuous improvements, and providing training and coaching support.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Market Demand Review meetings and ensuring timely submission of demand forecasts
  • Managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating import/export permits, and overseeing document retention
  • Monitoring inventory levels, taking proactive measures to avoid write-offs, and conducting inventory reconciliations
  • Generating and analyzing reports on demand, supply, and inventory metrics
  • Conducting activities in compliance with regulations, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvement

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain or related fields
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning and Customs regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in SAP systems, and data analysis expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and leadership behaviors
  • Attention to detail, business acumen, and a focus on continuous improvement
